is gathering and sending in the Lithuania Visa requirements, which show that you meet the requirements to be able to travel to Lithuania.

Form for requesting a Lithuanian visa. If you want it to be processed, fill out the form accurately, print it out, and sign it at the end.
Get two photographs taken of your passport. Each picture had to be a duplicate shot no more than three months ago. The photographs must also meet the requirements for applying for a Schengen visa from Lithuania.
An official passport that you own and are allowed to use. If you have a passport, please review it before applying. It needs to be valid for at least three months after you want to leave Lithuania, and all of Schengen has at least two blank pages and contain at most one or two photos. Your passport's expiration date must be within ten years of the day you plan to depart Lithuania.
Previous visa iteration copies (if applicable).
Lithuania Medical Insurance Coverage. Insurance coverage for emergency medical care in the entire Schengen area should be at least €30,000.
Verification that reasonable accommodations were made. As in reserving a room at a hotel.
Documentation demonstrating sufficient funds for the intended length of stay in Lithuania. You must show the Lithuanian embassy or consulate that you have at least €40 per day for each day you intend to stay in Lithuania.
The cover letter. A letter detailing your plans for your time in Lithuania, including the dates you intend to arrive and depart.
Evidence of legal citizenship. A marriage license, a copy of your child's birth certificate, your spouse's death certificate, etc.
Proof of how to get there:
Ø Flight Plan for a Round-Trip. Proof that you have a flight booked to get into and out Lithuania. This document should have your name, flight numbers, and dates.
Ø When taking a car trip. Car registration, car insurance, and round-trip tickets (ferry or Eurotunnel) that include the car's registration number and the driver's license.
Ø Ticket for bus/train. Suppose you are going from Belarus to Lithuania.
